The Trained Sewing Instructor program from the Sewing & Craft Alliance is the only professional, sewing educator business training program in the industry. The program provides business training to sewing enthusiasts on becoming a full or part- time sewing instructor. The intensive 3-day course gives a solid background of business information, instills confidence and assists in developing teaching skills through interactive sessions. Graduates of the TSI program are included in our exclusive, on-line searchable database of sewing professionals who have successfully graduated from the program. To attend a TSI workshop, you must already know how to sew and have an interest in teaching your passion to others.
